Below are the guided meditations for readers of The Dharma of Healing. At the end of each chapter, you're invited to complete the journal prompts in the book and then practice the guided meditation by listening to the corresponding audio track linked below.
Chapters 6 and 7 contain the core Dharma of Healing practices, a comprehensive system of preparatory reflections and guided meditations that gently lead you into the heart of the embodied experience of spiritual healing and freedom. These core practices are divided into five sections: the foundational practices and the "four turnings." They can be experienced successively as you read through Part Two of the book or after reading through the entire book. They are intended to be returned to again and again as we “turn the wheel of healing” throughout our lives.
